1. Services Offered

Anmol Cabs provides local city taxi rentals, outstation trips, and airport pickup/drop services in Delhi NCR and surrounding regions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made online through our website, phone calls, or WhatsApp at +91 99508 41466.
• A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or receipt from Anmol Cabs.
• Customers are requested to verify their pickup location, date, and time during booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing depends on the package selected (City local, Outstation, or Airport transfer).
• Toll taxes, state taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances (for outstation trips) will be charged as per actuals unless specified in a package deal.
• Payment can be made in cash, via online transfers, or supported UPI options.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made prior to vehicle dispatch will incur minimal or no cancellation fees.
• If a booking is cancelled after the vehicle has departed for the pickup point, a basic fee will apply.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. User Responsibilities & Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are required to carry valid ID proofs during outstation travel.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Anmol Cabs is not liable for items left behind in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items.

6. Delay & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for maximum punctuality, Anmol Cabs will not be held responsible for delays caused by heavy traffic, severe weather conditions, road blockages, vehicle breakdowns, or other force majeure events.
